I'm Luis Antonio Gómez Pérez, the founder of ToGo Project Management. For the last decade I've built my career at the intersection of research, communications and cross-cultural teams — coordinating projects on the societal impact of quantum technologies at Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (the Dutch national research institute for mathematics and computer science), leading an 11-person content team across four European countries at Leads.io, and reporting internationally as a staff writer and foreign correspondent for the Prensa Latina news agency.
That mix matters. Most of my clients are academics, NGOs or public-sector teams doing substantive work — writing grants, running campaigns, delivering programmes — who need someone who can hold the structure so they can focus on the content. I bring the frameworks (WBS, Gantt, stakeholder maps, risk registers), but I speak the language of the people using them.
Based in Amsterdam, working across Europe in English and Spanish, with a bias for clarity, calm follow-through and honest communication.
